The Site describes services offered by Two GJI One-Four, LLC ("Greg Immanuel"). Nothing on it is an offer, quote or guarantee. Any engagement is subject to a separate signed agreement.

The Site's text, logo, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to Greg Immanuel. You may view and link to the Site. You may not copy, republish or use its content commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in bulk, submit false or abusive information through the contact form, or use the Site for anything unlawful.

Who may use the Site

The Site is for businesses and for individuals 18 or older.

Third-party services and links

The contact form is provided by Typeform and is subject to Typeform's terms. The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Greg Immanuel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Greg Immanuel, its owners and its staff from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the Site.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Wyoming govern these terms. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Time limit on claims

Any claim arising from these terms or the Site must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

Waiver and severability

If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it. If any provision is found invalid, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of these terms remain in effect.

Entire agreement

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Greg Immanuel about the Site. They do not cover client engagements, which have their own written agreement.
